Queen of the Succubus

Maybe I can take the artifact and leave unnoticed? Valerie goes up to the luminous obelisk and sees a book of souls in front of her. Touching it, Valerie feels the shadows thicken and it becomes unbearably hot. Her consciousness grows cloudy and the Queen of the Succubus herself appears in front of her! She is the Boss here. She rules this citadel and owns the souls of the disappeared people.
